Dubbed "Space ships don't come equipped with rearview mirrors" this is an ode to a verse from my favorite Hip-Hop song "International Players Anthem" by UGK. Through lyrical contrast, this is also one of my all-time favorite photos taken. I did not just want this to be a tangible object through traditional photo printing, I had decided to convert the image into a set of 7 ply maplewood skate decks which combined together form the bigger picture. Size 7 1/2 by design as that was the size skate deck I would skate in my youth.
